How to Use the Water Balloon Launcher:

• A minimum of three people is required to operate the water balloon launcher.
• Fill up water balloons to approximately the size of a tennis ball. This will ensure that the balloons do not burst prematurely when the pouch is released during launch.
• Two participants should stand three feet from each other and face their target while holding onto one of the vinyl grips with their innermost hand.
